RECIPES FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN'T COOK: EASY, HEALTHY AND YUMMY PANCAKES

If you're like me or my boyfriend, cooking has never quite been our forte. We're both creative people with talents but food has never been our speciality. I've decided to create a series called 'Recipes for people who can't cook' to help myself and other failures in the kitchen to improve our skills. I'm not presenting myself very well; I can cook but I'm learning and I'm picking up some easier recipes along the way. 

What you need: 

1 large banana
2 eggs
Blueberries
Honey

What to do: 
  1. Crack those eggs into a bowl, mix with a fork 
  2. Peel the banana and mush into the bowl with the eggs
  3. Add coconut oil (or a little bit of butter) to a frying pan
  4. Add a small amount of mixture to create a drop pancake (basically not those English pancakes, bitches)
  5. Flip pancake when it looks like it's cooking - I usually go by smell or bubbling 
  6. Once both sides are cooked add to plate (or bowl if you're feeling lazy)
  7. Add blueberries and honey (or nutella if you're feeling naughty) 
And BOOM, easy mother fucking pancakes. You're welcome, enjoy.
